I am so happy to have discovered these gems. Due to ongoing post-viral symptoms, I found myself reacting badly to high histamine foods. These bars were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't decide which flavor to try, so I ended up buying a box of all 3 flavors. They are all great with a nice chewy texture. I was looking for a protein bar that was low histamine. The fiber in this bar was an added bonus. It is really delicious, with simple identifiable ingredients. Highly recommend!
These bars could be improved. A bit healthier, better taste, a little sweeter, and less expensive. They are difficult to afford. It’s good to have a low histamine bar, but needs improvement
