It’s hard to find a protein bar that doesn’t have ingredients I’m allergic to. These ones are great. Perfect to throw in my bag when I need a quick snack or breakfast and never make me feel sick or slow me down.
I am so grateful I found Consider This low-histamine bars! I had just figured out that I have Mass Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and an ad for these popped up in my FB feed so I ordered all three flavors cause I had a week-long trip coming up. I have always had hypoglycemia and need to eat every 2-3 hours and the CMAS makes it worse. So it's really important that I can have these in my purse when I'm not at home. We just returned from that trip and I don't know how I would've managed without them. Besides being low-histamine, they taste really good! Thank you for creating these!

These bars are AMAZING! I have been struggling so much with finding foods that don’t make me flare and these bars are something I can eat and know that I will feel GOOD and not BAD! These are so so so worth it!!!

These bars always save me when I’m traveling and I need a quick safe snack. I have MCAS, and when I was at my worst I started reacting tomost snack bars and snacks. I found these and I never reacted to them.

Flavor and texture are not bad. They are not delicious, but they do the job. It’s really nice to grab a bar when I’m hungry and need some protein, but don’t have time for cooking cooking or a bowl of cereal. Looking forward to them coming out with more flavors and creating a variety pack.

I am so happy to have discovered these gems. Due to ongoing post-viral symptoms, I found myself reacting badly to high histamine foods. These bars were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't decide which flavor to try, so I ended up buying a box of all 3 flavors. They are all great with a nice chewy texture.
