I LOVE THESE. I suffer from MCAS which has resulted in severe histamine intolerance. After 3 months of chicken and rice I naturally was very excited to discover the Consider This Bar. The order arrived promptly and just in time for a work trip. I put two in my purse for the first day as I had no idea what else I could possibly eat from the airport. Thrilled to have this back up plan. I sat at my gate hungry at 6am and pulled out my first bar. Tastes so fresh!! Something I can actually eat while traveling! And delicious! Low histamine diet is tough with such limited options for ingredients but Consider this has it figured out. My first bar was satisfying, completely eliminated any cravings from being hungry- in other words filling and a great healthy energy that lasted for hours. I can’t wait to try their other flavors next. These are BRILLIANT for anyone with histamine issues! Wholesome, fresh, filling, great energy, and NO nasty reaction afterwards!! SO GRATEFUL for this bar!! A true life saver for anyone needing to “continue to live” even while struggling with such difficult health issues! Love the protein content!! These make life with histamine intolerance EASIER!! Thank you to the folks who make these!! Their customer service top notch! They truly have put their hearts into developing a great bar for people with these dietary limitations. I’ll always have at least a couple in my purse!

These bars are super tasty! An easy way to help get my daily intake of fiber and protein with healthy ingredients.

I am so thrilled to have found these! I am able to eat these and the blueberry chia with no reactions. I haven't found ANY other protein bar that I can tolerate, so these are saving my life with the ability to have a grab-and-go meal options! And I enjoy the taste too. They're not dessert-like, but sweet enough to be good.

I love that someone put so much thought into make a safe, easily grab and go food, for people with dietary needs. People who can eat anything don’t realize what a privilege it is to be eat anything at a moments notices without having to plan and prepare food. These protein bars have been really great for me to add calories and bring on the go. I do still react if I eat them too many days in a row (but I am very sensitive) but am so so grateful to have these and will be a loyal customer!

This is my new go to snack! It doesn’t have things that will trigger migraines for me and I love how it’s full of protein and healthy goodies. A perfect thing to throw in my bag!
