I was hesitant to try these, I ate the first one throughout the day to see if my histamine would go bonkers! I did great. I feel safe eating these bars. Thank you for a wonderful product geared to a population that desperately needs healthy grab items.

I have been struggling to find protein bars that meet the low-histamine diet requirements, and I became so desperate that I started making my own. These not only meet the criteria, but they taste great! I don't like overly sweet bars, but I also didn't want something that tasted bland, and these really hit the mark.
