It came promptly, packaged nicely, and tadtes great. The ingredients are super clean My only critique is the package was left in front of the garage door with full sun and heat exposure. I would prefer by my front door where its shaded and we find it sooner. Thank you!!
I'm so happy I came across these bars online. I've been struggling with finding quick, clean, low histamine meals. These fit the bill! They are quick and easy to grab on the go. I love the apple and the nutrition I get with no reactions

For a low histamine diet snack it is pretty good. I reordered them and it is nice to have something in my purse to great, eat, and stay symptom free.

Flavor is good, texture is better than a lot of other bars. The apple quinoa bar does seem to be better tolerated in terms of histamine than other bars ... at least for me, but I'm still testing that out.
I was surprised to find a protein bar that was low allergen that might work for my histamine and allergy concerns. The taste is good. I like that it has a good consistency. A bit pricey but if you have lots of food allergies it may work for you

My diet due to MCAS is down to about 12 foods and these apple quinoa bars are a vital source of protein and fiber for me. It's also a nice texture change up as well. As someone with several chronic health issues, having something easy to grab and eat when I'm not feeling my best has been fantastic.

Horrible. Completely inedible. Tastes like chalky, unflavored brown rice protein. Even my husband who is the least picky person in the world—and can literally eat anything—we call him the human garbage disposal—cannot eat them… I bought 3 flavors.
They taste good! I love that I can have a trusty low histamine bar with protein! It’s a win-win for me!

Being a member of the MCAS community, I was intrigued with the Consider This Protein Bars because they fit my criteria for low histamine. However, I keep buying them because they are delicious, nutritious, and easy to grab on those busy days. You don't have to have histamine problems to enjoy these bars, you just have to care about the clean ingredients and fiber you are putting into your body. They are a total win for me!
