I experienced covid 19 in 2024, and within a few months of being symptom clear, I developed body wide itching. If you've ever itched from poison ivy, this is similar but is everywhere. I googled for a low histamine food bar (for when I don't have time to cook) and "Consider This" was the only bar that popped up so I ordered some. Blueberry is my favorite but the other 2 flavors are good. These aren't sweetened 'candy bars' like most bars. These bars don't taste great, but they deliver nutrition and are low histamine, which both matter a lot when you're working to NOT ITCH so much. I'm vedry grateful for this option.
What a relief to find an energy bar that is both safe and delicious.
For as clean as these bars are, they are very decent. I don't find them amazing, and I wish the blueberry flavor popped a lot more. But I'm enjoying them from time to time.
These are the best flavor in my opinion. It’s impossible to find a low histamine travel snack that has protein. These fit the bill and I appreciate them very much.
