Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer refunds and accept returns.

If you need to request a refund, contact us at hello@considerthisnutrition.com

Restrictions and Limitations:

*Limited to one (1) product on first order only.

*must contact hello@considerthisnutrition within 14 days after delivery of first order.

*not applicable to free products.

*shipping is not refundable and will be deducted from the order (if shipping was paid).

*customer must provide order details including: the name on the order and date of order (so we can locate it in our system).

Once a refund is processed it may take 3-5 business days, or longer depending on your individual bank’s processing time. Please contact your bank if the refund has not been received after 7 days. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@considerthisnutrition.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange of the same item on a one-time basis. Simply send us an email at hello@considerthisnutrition.com. Include the name on the order, date ordered, and complete order details.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs on a delivery location are based on the order delivery location. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if shipping was paid by the customer).
